What do all of those food identifiers mean?  Stop by the cafeteria and we’ll explain what each of those identifiers represent and what they mean to you.  It’s important to know what you are eating, so join us and we’ll show you how to make the food choices that are right for you.

 THE MODEL UN

The Model UN club will be meeting on the first Tuesday (3:30-4:15) AND Fridays (7:30-8:15) of each month.  We debate and argue with other students around the country.

All Students attending the Model UN Conference this week need to be at a meeting Thursday Morning in Ms. Kisler’s room B-22.  Also please turn in your money today or tomorrow to Ms. Kisler.

Show your support for the anniversary of 911 and pick up yourr 911 button from a Model UN student today. They are for sale for $1.00

A-TEAM

Congratulations to our Academic Team Members!!  They had a great meet yesterday and are tied for 1st Place.  Super Job!

SPORTS

Volleyball camp will be held on October 10^th & 12^th in the PHS Dome from 10:00-12:00.  The cost will be $25.00

 8^th grade will practice October 17^th 5:00-6:30 and October 18^th 3:30-5:00

7^th grade will practice October 17^th 3:30-5:15 and October 18^th 5:00-6:30

8^th grade October 19^th 5:00-6:30

7^th grade October 19^th 3:30-5:15

 WRESTLING AND VOLLEYBALL

 Anyone interested in Volleyball and Wrestling please sign up in the hallway by the Nurse’s office.  Please see Ms. Purtill in Student Services for the physical packet you will need to participate

 STUDENT COUNCIL

Don’t forget to be selling your candles and first aid kits.  All orders and money are due on Monday, September 26.  If you have any questions please come see Mrs. Liddell in room C27

 This Friday will be our first school Dance!  It I sour Hawaiian Paradise Dance.  It will be from 3:30-4:45 pm.  The cost is $3.00 and you get a flowered lei with every ticket.  We will also be selling cookies, smoothies, chips and drinks ranging in price from $.25-$1.00.  We will also have a picture booth for $2.00.  Come Ready to Dance and see how limbo you are with a Limbo competition!If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Liddell in classroom C27.  Thank you.

 Several students will need to see the nurse this week.  Please listen to the Announcements each morning, if your name is called please report to Mrs. Swartwood immediately after the Announcements.
