Distance Learning

Payson Unified School District has a great new option available for learning at a distance from the campus. Payson Virtual Academy, is which brings a high standard of distance learning education to students and families,. The basic core program focuses on grades 7-12 and has over 65 high quality, interactive online semester courses taught by Arizona-certified teachers.

Our distance learning program is growing and provides multimedia-rich curriculum aligning to both state and national standards as well as numerous online tools for parents and students. Payson Virtual Academy is a new venture and offers curriculum from Odysseyware.com, a Chandler, AZ based curriculum developer.
